To change your phone number, please email the documents below to support@cenoa.com.
1. Handwritten request + selfie with ID
On a blank white paper, handwrite the following information:
Title: “Cenoa phone number change request”
Date
Signature
Your currently registered (old) phone number
Your new phone number
Then, take a selfie while holding this handwritten note together with the front side of your ID.
2. Document proving ownership of both phone numbers
You must provide a document showing that both the old and the new phone numbers belong to you.
You can obtain this document through one of the following methods:
A mobile line/subscription document provided by your operator
If you're a Turkish citizen → E-Devlet → Mobile Line Inquiry showing the number is registered under your name. If the number does not appear there, E-Devlet → Subscription, Debt and Receivable Inquiry showing ownership of the line
