The completion time for transfers from Cenoa to a TRY bank account depends on the amount sent and the transfer type.
FAST limit transactions (100,000 TRY and below)
Transfers are typically completed within 15 minutes.
Transactions above the FAST limit (over 100,000 TRY)
Amounts above the FAST limit are processed as EFT.
If the transfer is initiated outside EFT hours (evening, weekend, or public holiday), it will be completed during the next EFT window.
Important information
If the amount entered in the app does not match the amount sent to the bank, the transaction may be put on hold.
Transfers can only be made to TRY bank accounts registered in your own name.
