Cenoa is a technology company that connects users with licensed, regulation-compliant financial partners operating under strong security protocols. Financial services and transactions are provided by these institutions; Cenoa does not directly provide financial services and does not hold a financial license. Users’ US bank accounts are opened at Lead Bank via Bridge (a Stripe company). TL deposit and withdrawal transactions are carried out by TR BNS, which is listed on the Capital Markets Board’s (CMB) temporary list of authorized Crypto Asset Service Providers.
