You can use the US bank account you opened with Cenoa to send USD transfers to your Mercury Bank account. To do this, simply use the Transfer menu in the app.
Transfer steps
Open the Cenoa app and tap the Transfer button on the home screen.
Select Withdraw to my own account.
Add your Mercury bank account details as the recipient.
Enter the amount and confirm the transfer.
How does the sender name appear?
On Mercury’s side, the sender name may appear in the following format:
“BRCENOA Bridge Arx – Your Name Surname”
On some platforms like Mercury, this sender name format may trigger an additional identity verification step.
Recommended approach
To ensure the transfer is received smoothly, we recommend sending a small test transfer (2–5 USD) first. Once the test transfer is completed successfully, you can proceed with higher amounts.
