You can easily transfer your Cenoa balance to a TL bank account registered in your own name by following the steps below:
On the Cenoa app home screen, tap Transfer.
Select Withdraw to My Account from the menu.
If this is your first withdrawal, follow the on-screen steps to:
Complete identity verification
Add a TL bank account registered in your name
Enter the amount you want to withdraw and confirm the transaction.
Processing time
Amounts within the FAST limit: Usually completed within 15–20 minutes
Amounts exceeding the FAST limit: Processed during EFT operating hours
Important information
Transfers can only be made to TL bank accounts registered in your own name.
Transfers to Papara, e-money institutions, digital wallets, or foreign currency (USD/EUR) accounts are not supported.
Refunds for unsupported transfers may take 1–10 business days, depending on the bank.
