To withdraw funds from Cenoa to a Turkish Lira (TL) bank account, the phone number registered on your account must be a Türkiye-based mobile number. Due to regulatory requirements, TL withdrawals cannot be processed with a US phone number.
To continue using TL withdrawal services, you need to update your phone number to a Türkiye number. To update your number, it’s sufficient to submit the documents listed below.
1. Handwritten request + selfie with ID
On a blank sheet of paper, write the following information by hand:
Title: “Cenoa email address change”
Date
Signature
Your registered (old) phone number
Your new phone number
Then, take a selfie holding this handwritten request together with the front side of your ID.
2. Document proving both phone numbers belong to you
You must submit a document showing that both your current (old) number and your new number are registered in your name.

A subscription / line ownership document from your mobile operator
E-Devlet → Mobile Line Inquiry, showing the number is registered to you
If the number is not visible there, E-Devlet → Subscription, Debt & Receivables Inquiry, to obtain proof of ownership
