If you’re unable to complete a transfer even though you’ve added and confirmed your US bank account in PayPal, this is usually due to PayPal’s own verification or security restrictions.
What to check
Check whether you see an error message during the transfer attempt. If so, the message content is important for understanding the issue.
The transaction may have been automatically declined by PayPal. You can find this notice in your PayPal transaction history.
Make sure your US bank account is correctly confirmed in PayPal. You can check this under PayPal → Settings → Bank Accounts.
For support
To help us review the issue, please share at least one of the following:
A screenshot of the error message
A short screen recording (if possible)
The stage where the transfer stops (initiation, confirmation, pending, etc.)
Once we receive this information, our team will review the case and get back to you as soon as possible.
