Due to regulatory requirements, you can withdraw funds from Cenoa only to a Turkish Lira (TL) bank account registered in your own name. Direct transfers from Cenoa to a TL bank account belonging to another person or company are not supported.
In this case, you can use one of the following two alternatives:
1. Free transfer to the recipient’s Cenoa account
You can transfer the amount you want free of charge to the recipient’s Cenoa account. Once the funds are credited to their balance, the recipient can withdraw them to a TL bank account registered in their own name.
2. EFT / FAST via your own bank account
You can first withdraw your balance from Cenoa to your own TL bank account, and then send the money to the recipient’s account via EFT or FAST using your bank.
Cenoa is a technology company that connects users with licensed, regulation-compliant financial partners operating under strong security protocols. Financial services and transactions are provided by these institutions; Cenoa does not directly provide financial services and does not hold a financial license. Users’ US bank accounts are opened at Lead Bank via Bridge (a Stripe company). TL deposit and withdrawal transactions are carried out by TR BNS, which is listed on the temporary list of entities authorized to operate under Capital Markets Board (CMB) custody services regulations.
